WhatsApp Business is a dedicated app designed for small and medium businesses to connect with customers directly and conveniently.

Integrating WhatsApp Business with Carsu offers numerous advantages, transforming the way your workshop interacts with customers.

How to Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account:

1. Click on Settings in the menu.

2. Click on the Click to Connect button.

3. Follow the steps in the pop-up window.

Viewing Customer Conversations:

1. Navigate to Customers.

2. Choose the customer you want to communicate with.

3. Click on the Communications tab.

Important Notes:

• Conversations can only be initiated by your customers. You won't be able to start a new message until you've added or updated your payment method.

• The first 1,000 messages each month are free. Additional messages cost €0.13 each paid to Meta (owner of WhatsApp). For more information, visit WhatsApp Business Pricing

• To fully utilize Carsu's customer communication features, we highly recommend adding a payment method during the sign-up process. This enables you to send messages directly from Carsu using your own number.

Canned Jobs are predefined work and service templates designed to make the creation of estimates easier and faster. These templates not only save time but also ensure all necessary services are covered.

Creating a Canned Job:

1. Click on Canned in the menu.

2. Click on the Create new canned job button.

3. Fill in the required fields. To add a service/work category, click on the New Category button.

4. Click Create Job to save the new canned job template.

Editing a Canned Job:

1. Click on the 3 dots menu next to the canned job.

2. Select Edit.

The Estimates feature allows you to create, manage, and track estimates for your customers efficiently. Here's how to use this essential feature.

Using the Estimates Option:

Click on Estimates in the menu.

Creating and Managing Estimates:

1. Click on the Create New Estimate button.

2. Choose the customer from the list or type their name in the Search box.

3. Click on the Start Estimate button.

4. Add the necessary information and include a predefined Canned Job or add the service manually.

5. Review the estimate and click Save. You can edit the total amount before saving.

Actions:

• Click on the Action button to perform related actions.

• Schedule an estimate using the Schedule option in the Action button or by assigning it on the Scheduling page under the Unassigned column.

Important Note:

You must be logged into your WhatsApp Business account to share using WhatsApp.

Managing your team in Carsu is simple. You can add new users (employees) to your platform and give them access to the system. Here's how to do it.

Adding a User to Your Carsu Platform:

1. Click on Settings.

2. Click on Users.

3. Add the user information, create a password, and click Create.

Carsu allows you to bulk upload your customer database using a simple file upload process. Here's how to do it and what you need to know.

Uploading Customer Files:

1. Click on Settings.

2. In the settings tab, click on Upload Customers.

File Requirements:

• File type should be in .xls format.

• Required fields:

• Name
• Street and House Number
• Postal Code
• City
• Country
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Car Make
• Car Model
• Car Wheel Option
• License Plate
• Country Code

Managing your shop's working hours is essential for proper scheduling. Carsu makes it easy to set up and modify your work schedules, including breaks and working days.

Updating Shop Opening Hours:

1. Click on Settings.

2. In the settings tab, click on Update Work Schedules.

Modifying Workdays and Hours:

• To add or remove working days, click on the day circle at the top of the pop-up.

• To change the shop opening hours for a specific day, click on the start/end time and select the appropriate time.

• To add a break to a workday, click on the + icon of the day. Modify the break time by clicking on the start/end time and selecting the time from the list.

Saving Changes:

Click Save to save the new work schedule.

Quick Share allows you to easily send scheduling links to your customers via email or WhatsApp. This feature streamlines the appointment booking process.

Using the Quick Share Feature:

1. Click on Scheduling in the menu.

2. Click on the Quick Share button.

Sending Quick Links:

Email:

Click on the Email button, add the customer email address, and click Send.

WhatsApp:

Click on the WhatsApp option, add the customer phone number, and click Send.

You must be logged into your WhatsApp Business account to use the quick share through WhatsApp option.
